"POPS" 6/89

Writing these words occurs in a number of environments. The context framing my intention,  my energy, my focus, my vocabulary, my idea of who(s) you the reader is, the keyboard, my knowledge and dexterity in using, the particular computer I am using, the particular software I am using and a near infinity of subtler environments. I can stop, here, in myself, and be with one of those environments, feel my energy, intention, see my knowledge. But to write something, to try and communicate with you, requires that all these environments conflow through attention and my intention. The rise and fall of co-implicating environments according to relevancy and intention

That flowing together is me. At any given time I am that flowing together. I am also the intender.

If our biology goes through certain noticeable stages or "pops" of growth obvious in our physicality, isn't it likely that the in-vironments in which we are being also expand like "pops."  Multi-sensual increases in "depths of field".

My son Daaron in less than 10 days had a significant expansion in his awareness of time-scape, the multi-contextual space of contingencies. He suddenly jumped into time, his imagination was somehow vivified, and he became preoccupied easily with "making plans".

Could the relationship between parent and developing child be described as occurring in peaks of contact coincident with how stable the child and parent are within one of the "pops".
