Thank you for coming this far.

First, confirm this for yourself. Go help a child learn to read. Meet them on the stuttering edge of their struggle, get in sync with the flow in their minds and recognize the essential ambiguity we are pointing to. Explain to the child that you are going to use a pencil or pen in much the same way an orchestra conductor uses their wand - moving it up and down, in circles and left and right. When you sense their flow stutter, move your pen or pencil tip just above the letters they are attempting to decode and then move it up when a letter sounds like its pronounced in the alphabet, in a circle when its one of the letter's other sounds and down when its silent. Move it left when its blended with the letters before it and right when blended with the letters after it. Once he or she learns to follow these simple signals, and, as your cueing reduces the ambiguity he or she experiences, you will both feel an ease and acceleration in the flow of the reading. You will have first hand confirmation of the process underlying what we are proposing (though, of course we are proposing more cues and a way to make the varying shape of the letters themselves be the cues).

Second, write a sentence or paragraph (or longer) opinion about our work that we can use with the press or in future publications and send it to us via email (wheels@implicity.com) along with your explicit permission to reproduce and use it.

Third, we are starting an, educational non profit to further develop, test and then freely disseminate the on going research and tools. It is our intention that every teacher and parent in the English-speaking world be given, without any cost, the tools that will enable them to publish stories and reading materials with this method. If you can afford to, send a financial contribution to:
